- Help clients determine what success looks like for their organisation and understand the implications of this for them
- Help clients understand what is happening right now in their organisation
- Assess and build greater change leadership capability to implement this
pathway – at the individual, team and organisational level- Inquire into how our client organisations currently implement change and help them to explore and then redefine their change approach to better meet desired outcomes, while remaining sensitive to organisational conditions and culture
- Help design and deliver change ‘interventions’ (such as staff engagement events, senior level leadership team development, organisational redesign) that move the organisation to a new place
- Design and implement development programmes for change-skill building, based around real work place issues and initiatives
