Privacy Policy
Transcend takes your privacy seriously. We will never sell, rent or disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent.
Unless you give Transcend express permission to act otherwise, the following privacy policy will guide the way we treat the personal information
you provide to us.
The data we collect and why we collect it
There are forms on this site which you can use to contact us (e.g. to subscribe to our Newsletter). These forms may ask for your name, job title,
organisation, contact details and areas of interest or experience. We will not collect personal data from you unless you provided it voluntarily.
So if you would rather not give us your telephone number, for example, please do not submit it. However, if you require a response to a query
we will need some way of making contact. You need only supply one contact method if you wish, but the more details you provide the easier it
is for us to respond.
In subscribing to our newsletter Front Foot, you are adding yourself to our e-mailing list. By subscribing you are giving us your express permission
to add your details to these lists and to e-mail you the newsletter.
By asking to be added to our mailing list you may receive invitations to Transcend events, useful reports and also marketing literature which we
think will be of interest. We will never share these lists with third parties and you can opt out of receiving information from Transcend whenever
you wish. We include an ‘opt out’ or “unsubscribe” function on any email marketing broadcasts that we send.
If you ask or give permission to be included on our mailing lists we will add your name to our central database of contacts. If you want to see
the data we hold about you on this database simply ask your Transcend contact or email katiejones@transcendconsultancy.com
Tracking data
When you use our site we will use Google Analytics to track certain information how you use the site, including the pages you visit,
URL from which you just came (whether this URL is on our Site or not), which URL you go to next (whether this URL is on our Site or not),
what browser you are using, and your IP address. This is simply used to help us improve the site, discover which pages are more
popular than others, and identify which links on other sites are working well for us.
Cookies
We do not put cookies onto your computer when you use our site.
Where the data goes
When you hit the send button on a form your data is automatically saved on a secure server based in the UK. While we make
every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed
to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
How to contact us
If you have any questions about this privacy statement please e-mail katiejones@transcendconsultancy.com
