Seeing is both the first step on the Pathway for change and our way of understanding the people and organisations we are working with. It’s a time for questions as much as observation, to discover what’s really going on; the overall direction; where change is needed; what is stuck; where energy for change lies; and where capability lies. We often do this “seeing” together with our clients – so that they “see” more themselves. This, in itself, can start to generate movement and build momentum even in the early stages of the work.

There is no generic solution …

We believe the answers lie within your organisation …within the people. We are very attentive to the change context of each client, bringing insight from other experiences, but working collaboratively to help clients see their organisation for themselves.
